My name is Ralph Pagan. As many of you know, I have been in this business for over 26 years. Expert Sewer and Drain, LLC has been serving the Tri-State area for over ten years. Our success is attributed to keeping our customers satisfied and the repeat business and referrals they provide. Our customers include single and multiple property owners, contractors, commercial and industrial managers who rely on us to be available to them at any time. We are here for you when you need us, day or night. We take pride in providing quality service at a reasonable cost to our customers.

I do not sit behind a desk. I still enjoy going out and servicing customers with drain problems. My experience as a working man has given me insight as to ways in which I can successfully serve my customers while keeping the cost of maintaining their drains reasonable. While others in the industry have been increasing their costs, we have kept our prices at much the same level as when we began. In other words, I understand how hard it is to work for a living and how important it is for my customers to be able to keep more of their hard earned dollars in their pockets. And, in this economy, keeping more of your income becomes a serious balancing act. For us, being a successful service provider is more than just making money. It is being able to provide you, our valued customer, with quality, cost effective service.

As you look through our website, you will see that I have increased the scope of the service we provide to our customers. Our service vans are equipped with every size of electric cleaning machines and tools to tackle any job that comes our way, large or small. In addition, I have invested in residential, municipal and commercial size trucks that are able to clean lines using high velocity water jets and/or remove water, sewage, grease and debris from sanitary lines, sewer pits, manholes and catch basins.

In 2003, we were licensed by Nuflow Technologies to offer our customers trenchless repair or replacement of sewers and drain pipes. We are able to repair pipes from 1-1/2" to 8" in diameter. Pipes damaged by root intrusion or natural deterioration of the materials used to construct them can be repaired with absolutely no digging giving our customers an alternative to costly dig ups.
